Handrail Builder allows you to easily get post and picket spacing including measurement details for building Handrails for a porch or balcony.

Simply input the dimensions of your posts and pickets. Enter the total run (length of desired Handrail) and select whether the end post are outside, inside, or half in the run measurement. Then click calculate and Handrail Builder will determine how many posts and pickets are required along with a detailed list of the measurements where they are to be placed down to the 16th of an inch.

You can also enter the maximum picket spacing you want as well as the maximum post spacing or if you prefer you can select the number of posts you would like instead!
